A strange boy named N learns on his birthday that he has devoured his twin brother. His mother and the whole family reflect desperately on how beautiful and capable the unborn brother would be and what a huge loser N is, after all, he can’t even talk. N also learns that his little brother was found inside him, around his gallbladder. He decides to go deep into his body to find his brother and apologize.
